How do I use your concealer for the best results?
Apply a small amount under the eyes, around the nose or anywhere you’d like extra coverage. Blend gently with your fingers, a brush or a sponge.
Is it safe for my skin?
Yes, our products are dermatologically tested and free from harmful ingredients. Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
Is your concealer suitable for sensitive skin?
Absolutely! Our formula is free from irritants and specially developed for sensitive skin types.
How long does the concealer last?
Up to 12 hours, depending on your skin type and conditions. Use a setting powder if you’d like even longer wear.
Can I combine the concealer with other make-up products?
Yes, our concealer works perfectly with foundation, powder and other products.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and other popular payment methods.
Where is your company based?
Our headquarters are located in the Netherlands.
Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?
Within the EU, no duties apply. Outside the EU, additional charges may apply depending on your country.
Why is no product coming out of my concealer?
Make sure you’ve fully removed the cap and pressed the pump a few times to get it started.
How do I get the most out of your concealer?
For the best results, apply in thin layers and build up gradually for extra coverage.

How long will delivery take?
Within the Netherlands usually 1–3 business days, international 5–10 business days.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link by email to follow your order.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes. If something is wrong with your order or product, please contact us within 14 days.
Can I return my order?
Yes, unused products can be returned within 14 days. Please see our returns policy for details.

Yes, once we’ve received the product in its original condition, we’ll refund the amount via your original payment method.
Why did I only receive one product when I ordered a 2-for-1 deal?
With promotions like 2-for-1, some products are shipped separately. The second item may arrive shortly after.
